Mr. Zhang has started his practice since 2009. His practicing areas include patent prosecution, invalidation, analysis and litigation.
Mr. Zhang handled a number of patent application cases, including Chinese domestic applications, inbound applications and outbound applications. Mr. Zhang’s practice focuses on the technical fields of software, electronics, telecommunication and semiconductor.
Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in various aspects of patent counseling, including patent mining and patent prosecution strategic counseling, patent retrieval and analysis, patent infringement analysis, FTO analysis and patent due diligence.
